Property Legal Packs
Part of the service that Brendons Auctioneers offers to potential buyers is the supply of Legal Packs for the properties that are about to be auctioned. We do also advise all potential purchasers to carry out their own due diligence before bidding for any property at auction.
We receive a legal pack from the vendor's solicitors for each property that is being placed in the auction. This pack will contain local authority searches, any special conditions of sale, any leases and tenancy agreements, protocol forms and office copy entries.
We aim to ensure that the legal packs are available for download from our website in pdf format at least 10 days prior to auction. Adhering to this timescale however is not always possible. If the legal pack for your chosen property is available, then there will be an individual link under the property listing where you can download the pack directly to your computer.
Once you have clicked on the link under the property, all you will need to do is enter your name, e-mail address and click Submit. You will then be forwarded to the page where you can download the documents.
Once you have submitted this information you will automatically be informed if any further documents are then added. If you cannot see the link under the property listing, then you can make a request to receive the legal pack by either calling us on 08456 52 52 51 or by completing the contact form and specifying your chosen property. You will then be automatically notified when the download link becomes available.
